Responsibilities:

As a Health Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with clinical and operations staff from Te Whata Ora and other healthcare providers to plan and coordinate the safe and efficient transfer of patients, clinical staff and equipment between facilities or air ambulances.
We are looking for a customer service superstar to join our team as a Health Transport Coordinator covering a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and finishing August 2025. This role works a 4 days on, 4 days off roster that consists of 12-hour shifts, totaling an average of 42 hours per week. This role will be based at our Ambulance Communications Centre at 2 Harrison Road, Mount Wellington.
