Description:

Band 2s will not be eligible for sponsorship as these roles will not meet the required skill level (RQF 3 or A level and above), despite having their salary increase from £22,383 to £23,615.
Under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse assisting the Ward/
Department team in providing the highest possible standard of basic care for patients and their families/carer.
An exciting opportunity has arisen on the acute cardiac unit for permanent Band 2 Healthcare Assistants
ACU is a 17 bedded unit caring for cardiac conditions, there is a GP assessment unit and 4 high dependency beds attached to the unit.
It is a fast paced unit and predominantly nurses cardiology patients
The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and hardworking, have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, have a good work ethic and be able to work in a fast paced environment
