You will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care under the supervision of registered practitioners. Daily duties will include providing hands-on personal care (washing, toileting, etc.), monitoring patients’ conditions, and where necessary, providing support with eating and drinking. Therefore, you will need to be caring and kind, follow instructions, and have excellent communication and listening skills.
Our teams will work with you to find an area that is suitable for your skills and long-term aspirations. The current opportunities are focused on adult inpatient medical and surgical specialties comprised of mixed-gender wards, as well as acute assessment unit and outpatient clinics.
Starting with an entry-level band 2 Healthcare Assistant role, you will receive comprehensive induction and education programmes to help you naturally progress to a band 3 role after all competencies are met.
A mentor will be assigned to you to support your onboarding and guide you through your daily tasks and responsibilities.

• Personal care, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort, and safety.
