We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our multi-professional team providing palliative nursing care interventions for patients and their families in our Inpatient Unit. Our Healthcare Assistants are responsible for the observation of patients and the provision of care in accordance with the management plans under the supervision of a Team Leader.
This post will cover an alternating pattern of 3 nights and 4 nights a week, averaging as 36.75 hours a week. This post is fixed-term for 1 year, but there is potential for day shifts following the fixed-term contract, subject to availability.
