Join our team at Peterborough City Hospital’s Fracture Clinic, Orthopaedic, and Rheumatology Outpatient Department as a caring, dedicated, and motivated Healthcare Assistant. As a Healthcare Assistant in this department, your role is varied and pivotal. We focus on delivering evidence-based, high-quality care to Trauma, Elective, and Rheumatology patients.
You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in the Orthopaedic and Rheumatology outpatient department, ensuring the smooth operation of Trauma, Elective, and Rheumatology clinics, as well as the plaster room and minor operations procedure room. Our patients range from children to adults, and your responsibility will be to provide compassionate, high-quality care always prioritising patient welfare. Occasional cross-site work at Hinchingbrooke Hospital and support for inpatient wards are also integral parts of this role.
