• Provide high-quality, person-centred care that respects the dignity, privacy, and independence of our residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, ensuring every interaction is grounded in respect and equality.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, helping them to stay as independent as possible.
• Organise and participate in social outings and engaging in-house activities to keep life exciting for our residents.
• Keep the living spaces—dining rooms, bedrooms, and common areas—neat, tidy, and hygienic.
• Support the management team during audits and inspections, always striving for excellence.
• Be adaptable with your schedule—day, night, and weekend shifts are all part of the role!
