JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Location : New Jersey
- 5 -7 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
- At least 5 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required Understanding and hands-on experience with USCDI standards and US Core IG with practical applications.
- Stay current with emerging FHIR standards regulations and healthcare trends to guide innovation and continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience analyzing and document FHIR-based healthcare requirements
- Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers
- Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD User Stories etc.
- Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies Self-starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills
- Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities Minimum requirement of Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
