JOB DESCRIPTION

Healthcare Business Banking Relationship Analysts partner with assigned Relationship Manager(s) to successfully manage relationships and the loan portfolio. Contributes to the profitability and growth of Healthcare Business Banking by retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities may include analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive written analysis, managing credit quality within the team’s credit portfolio, providing guidance to customers, identifying and successfully capitalizing on opportunities to deepen and expand existing relationships, managing credit risk, and responding to prospect or customer credit questions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to eight years of Business Banking experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with nCino, MS Excel, and Credit Lens
  • Advanced knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully capitalizing on all opportunities to deepen the relationship
  • Advanced knowledge of healthcare credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
  • Demonstrated understanding of complex healthcare financial accounting and analysis
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationships
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE OFFERS A HYBRID/FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, WHICH MEANS THERE’S AN IN-OFFICE EXPECTATION OF 3 OR MORE DAYS PER WEEK AND THE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE THE OFFICE LOCATION FOR THE OTHER DAYS.
