As one of our Compliance Coordinators, you will manage the administrative processes to ensure compliance with our business engagements with healthcare professionals (HCP) and Applied Medical entities in Europe. You will work closely with surgeons and hospital staff, as well as colleagues from internal teams including Legal, Finance, Operational and Sales. In this crucial role, you will also act as an advisor and sparring partner for internal managers. To succeed, you combine a collaborative approach, strong administrative skills and the capacity to navigate compliance requirements.
You will be part of our dedicated Financial Control team and you will be reporting to the Director Financial Control and Compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HBO
- At least 2 years of work experience in a highly regulated business, preferably in compliance, accounting or contract management
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals is strongly preferre
Responsibilities:
- Identify legal frameworks by defining lawful and ethical interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare entities (including Sunshine Laws, anti-corruption and anti-fraud laws, and financial transparency principles)
- Manage business engagements with HCPs or suppliers: draft and review terms and conditions, sets of practices, and control measures to ensure compliance
- Manage administration including collecting data, monitoring and recording payments, and filing reports
- Identify, assess, report, and mitigate risks of non-compliance
- Analyze data and trends
