My client is a highly reputed, mid market US Investment Bank with a thriving European business. They are seeking an experienced Healthcare M&A Associate to join their busy Healthcare Services team.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of UK/European Healthcare Sell Side M&A Transaction Execution experience, from an Investment Bank or Boutique.
• Healthcare Services sector expertis

• Provide support on sell side M&A transactions in the healthcare services sector
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for healthcare M&A deals
• Conduct financial modelling and analysis to support M&A transaction valuation
• Engage in due diligence activities, including reviewing financial documents and conducting industry research
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the execution of healthcare M&A transactions
• Stay informed about industry trends and market developments within the healthcare services sector

Requirements:
