Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in increasing rankings and traffic through the implementation of effective SEO strategies, have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, and a passion for making a difference in people’s lives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g., link-building).
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects.
Monitor changes in Google’s Algorithm and SEO industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns.
Oversee content creation and website updates.
Evaluate and enhance the user experience on the website.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices.
Experience with SEO reporting and data analysis.
Familiarity with relevant tools and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

This individual will need to have experience in:

• Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Facebook analytics, pixels, custom audiences, power editor, and Ads Manager.
• Familiar with Google AdWords & YouTube Video Ads..
• Familiar with Google Analytics
• Familiar with cameras/video/editing/graphics/music
• Into social media and everything video/social
• Write and deploy monthly e-Newsletter campaigns
• Familiar with email marketing software like MailChimp
• Familiar with Webinar production
• Build relationships with other agencies
• Prepare and send out Marketing packages

Sales & Marketer Personnel Must be:

• Personable and outgoing
• Enjoy interacting with others in professional and social settings
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable speaking one-on-one and in front of large groups
• Understands Addiction & Mental Health
• 3-5 Years Experience in Sales and Marketing
