Description:
Lead all clinics operations compliance and quality assurance with the scope clinics’ team compliance, operation management team compliance, regulatory & governmental compliance with an ultimate objective of providing best guest experience in clinics, and compliance to all regulatory and governmental operational requirements. In addition to quality certification projects leadership.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Build total clinic’s operation governance and quality assurance strategy in coordination with regional general managers and departments’ heads with an ultimate objective of providing best guest experience and compliance to governmental and regulatory compliance of Nahdi’s best standard.
- Lead the Operations’ Quality & Compliance Assurance Function through
- The Development of quality assurance Field Visits Plan (all Nahdi Clinics Annually).
- Review & update of the check lists and templates which used in (Quality Assurance Visits, field visits, Monthly Evaluation) to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Analyzing the outcomes from the Quality Assurance Reports and set the action plans with GMs to fulfill Gaps and follow through the execution of these plans.
- Monitoring all Compliance Parameters (Example: Attendance, Nuhdeek, Insurance) and come up with action plan to improve compliance to company policies in order to ensure Proactive Assessment for adherence to company policies and procedures together in regards to the operation division with a Proactive Discovery of the Gaps and early corrective actions.
- Taking corrective actions regarding compliance issues and rewarding for highly compliance members.
- Lead the Guest Service Audit Function through
- Develop the Guest Service Audit (GSA) Field Visits Plan to measure quality of service .
- Set the GSA parameters and analyzing the data then communicate the finding and finally lead the action plan to fulfill Gaps in coordination with general managers and area managers. With an ultimate objective of providing best in-clinic guest experience and improve NPS score
- Lead clinic’s operation management team visit tracking system through
- Assigning monthly visit targets for all clinics supervisors and or store managers
- Building tracking system for operation team visits and track visit performance and stores monthly evaluations
- Ensure visits effectiveness through following up visit action plans execution by clinic operation managers With an ultimate objective of improving the efficiency and effectiveness of management team visits
- Lead the governmental and regulatory compliance tracking system through
- Managing the governmental visits system to enable better tracking and effective management for the visits and ensure swift and proper actions taken from the branches admins to protect the company from violations & penalties
- Co-Lead the internal audit cycle for the Admin. Branches
- Lead clinic’s communication and task management function through
- Ensure awareness of all departments on using available communication platform
- Control all the communications sent to clinic and clinic staff to ensure clarity and team understanding
- Manage and control all the tasks required from clinics to ensure execution compliance and on-time delivery for all tasks while keeping balance between clinics staff workload capacity and tasks
- Lead the issue resolution raised from clinic staff with all departments to ensure team engagement and smooth operation.
- Lead clinics & healthcare quality assurance function through
- Setting quality assurance and safety standards and targets for the clinics.
- Leading quality and safety audits for the clinic team.
- Setting improvement plans for audit findings with clinic management team.
- Lead quality certification programs in the clinics to ensure compliance of clinics to the certification requirements and getting the accreditations required from governmental authorities.
- With an ultimate of objective of providing best guest experience in the clinics, ensure implementation of highest healthcare standards and guarantee safety of patients and employee.
- Participate in the Induction Program for New pharmacist and on-job training for the existing pharmacists with main goal to increase the awareness about the policies & SOPs that is to foster Operation management.
- Lead and develop the Operations’ Standardization Function through development, review and update of the retail operation management guide (OMG) to Achieve high levels of efficiency and effectiveness in clinics supervisors work and unify the management standards across all regions
- Lead and develop the SLAs updates with all departments that govern the activities undertaken by both operation department and other departments.
- Leads Certifications and accreditation function that leads operation department for future certification (e.g. ISO) through drawing a roadmap and leading the execution and preparation phases through to the final steps in order to cope with the world class standards

EDUCATION
- BSc Degree with recommendation of Diploma in Quality
EXPERIENCE
- 6-8 Years overall Experience
- 2-4 MG (Managing people) in Retail Standardization and Quality Assurance management.
