A great opportunity has arisen to join the reception and administration team at Greenacre Orthodontics!

The practice is located a 20 minute drive from the centre of Chester or an 8 minute train journey from Chester train station to our nearest station (an 8 minutes walk from the practice)! There is free, on site parking for staff, team building events and several practice social events in the calendar year, including evenings out.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure all patients have an outstanding experience from the moment they enquire about our practice through to the end of their treatment
- Proven administrative background
- Accurate data inputting skills across different systems
- Organised, methodical and confident communicator
- High attention to detail and good prioritisation skills
- IT proficient including all Microsoft products
- Dental/orthodontic setting experience desirable

Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Managing diary appointments, explaining payment options and taking payments
- Providing information on the practice offerings to patients in person, over the phone, email and other means where necessary
- Managing systems for follow-ups and daily housekeeping routines
- Ensuring that all the relevant paperwork is completed promptly and accurately and that all patient records are updated and maintained, according to practice procedures
- Ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
- Liaising with our dental laboratories
- Checking daily takings
- Carrying out auditing as instructed by the manager/s
- Providing assistance to the senior team as and when required
- Day-to-day administration to support patients and colleagues
- Managing the patient journey in order to build long-term relationships via all communication streams including phone, email, texts etc
