ABOUT THIS ESSENTIAL ROLE:
As the Healthcare Sales Specialist with Americare Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of senior living communities in West TN including: Henderson, Savannah, Paris, Huntingdon, and Lexington. Your responsibilities will include analyzing sales needs, managing leads, maintaining accurate records, and participating in weekly reporting calls.

Essential Functions:
- Growth Needs Analysis: Identify community needs and assess lead requirements for admissions.
- Business Development (Lead Generation): Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating valuable leads to fuel sustained growth and expansion.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Weekly Reporting: Participate in weekly business development calls, reporting progress on the community lead base.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere to Americare’s values, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
