Our Deloitte Health & Social Care team provides the full breadth of consulting and advisory services and is now expanding to support the needs of our clients with some of the most complex issues facing society. Our specialist consulting team provides strategic advisory services on topics relating to crisis management, infrastructure, service design, operational and digital transformation including Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR/EPR).

About the role:

  • Perform analysis to determine client needs/recommendations utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, and be seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and by colleagues
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and apply best practice information to support opportunities for improvement
  • Develop work plans for engagements, working on one or multiple work streams and produce quality deliverable against tight deadlines
  • Contribute to client issues using your personal insight and experience to solve complex client issues

About you:

  • Previous experience gained in a consulting or in-house environment
  • Relevant 3rd level qualification(s)
  • Experience delivering strategies and solutions for transformational change (digital or organisational transformations including technology implementation, operational excellence, organisational design, operation model change)
  • Experience and knowledge of working in a specific industry, preferably any of the following: government, justice, health, social care, transport
  • Understanding of government/public sector policy, structure and culture
  • Ideally certified in a recognised change management methodology e.g., ADKAR Prosci, CCMP
  • Ideally certified in Project Management e.g., Prince 2 or PMP
