We are adding a Hearing Care Professional (Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiologist) to support one of our retail centres in Victoria, BC!
WSAudiology’s Best-in-Class hearing centres provide exceptional customer service while helping members of our community in their hearing health journey. We rise above client expectations when providing hearing health diagnostics, patient counselling, and dispensing of the hearing aids.

• Provide a high standard of care by proactively serving our clients from the first encounter to all future hearing needs (evaluations and diagnostic audiological tests)
• Maintain an expertise in the selling, fitting and troubleshooting of current hearing aid technology
• Work with the front office staff to book both walk-in clients and incoming phone calls
• Follow both Operational and Quality Assurance guidelines
