Heating is the main source of emissions for residential customers, which is why we aim to assist our customers in moving away from fossil fuels and transitioning to heat pumps. As a Heat Pump Account Executive, you will be responsible for the management, adherence to deadlines, technical, financial, and administrative follow-up of a variety of decarbonized heating installations (Air/Water Heat Pumps, Air/Air Heat Pumps, thermodynamic boilers, Hybrid Heat Pumps) for our residential customers, ensuring their satisfaction.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

You will manage your portfolio of residential customers from start to finish.

  • You handle incoming requests from individuals seeking a quote, ensuring prompt and efficient response to inquiries.
  • You analyze the customer’s needs, provide impartial advice on technical solutions and equipment. Training will be provided upon starting your position to quickly master the technical skills necessary for managing requests.
  • You build a trusting relationship with the customer, this is crucial as you will be responsible for defining the solution to be chosen and closing sales.
  • You identify opportunities for selling other services. Introducing these new energy services to your customers and prospects to create leads for the Luminus Group.
  • You provide remote supervision of the site, collaborating closely with installation partners to ensure smooth implementation.
  • You manage your affairs with autonomy and versatility until receipt of payments.
  • You negotiate with various stakeholders (installers, manufacturers).
  • You achieve the sales objectives
  • You contribute to achieving the team’s monthly and annual objectives and participate in establishing a rapidly growing activity.
  • You determine and propose promotions, taking into account the type of customer and the target margins to be achieved.
  • You regularly report results to the team and discussing possible improvement points (processes, pricing, tools).

YOUR PROFILE

  • Customer satisfaction is your number one priority and motivates you every morning!
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have a successful experience of at least 2 years in sales. Experience in the building sector would be welcome, but it is primarily your personality that will make the difference.
  • You enjoy working with technical products and are eager to learn.
  • You are bilingual in Dutch/French.
  • You work independently, but you also enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
  • You work in a structured, results-oriented manner to manage priorities and meet commitments.
  • You are motivated to close deals and turn objectives into satisfied customers.
