Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Work Location: In perso

• Supervise and manage shop operations, ensuring timely and quality maintenance of heavy-duty oilfield trucks.
• Lead and mentor a team of technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring safety compliance.
• Perform and oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain inventory, order parts, and manage shop budgets.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate with customers on service needs, timelines, and estimates.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders and shop activities.

What we look for:

• Strong aptitude for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
• Commercial Transport (Truck and Transport Mechanic) Journeyman Certificate (or Red Seal)
• Heavy Truck and Trailer subject matter expert
• Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment
• Ability to work in a physical capacity, including heavy lifting and using tools throughout the shift
• Must have own tools (required tool list will be provided)
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Class 1, Class 3, and MVI Certifications are a bonus
• CVIP License an asset
