Description:

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in Madison, Wisconsin. This role functions within the IT industry and requires the individual to provide both Helpdesk and Deskside support. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including troubleshooting, maintaining customer service standards, and managing Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to Android Development and Apple Devices.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong communication with all levels of users.
  • Manage and maintain Group Policy and User Permissions to ensure secure access to company resources.
  • Leverage your skills in Cisco and Citrix Technologies to provide effective Helpdesk support.
  • Use your knowledge of databases to maintain and manage customer credit records.
  • Apply your skills in Configuration Management and Deployments to ensure systems run smoothly.
  • Utilize your experience with EO/IR systems to support and maintain company hardware.
  • Use your proficiency in Basic Network Troubleshooting and Hardware Troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain organized and clean documentation of all customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Use your creative problem-solving abilities to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Help Desk Analyst role or similar position
  • Proficiency in Android Development
  • Familiar with Cisco Technologies and Citrix Technologies
  • Knowledge of databases and their management
  • Experience with EO/IR systems
  • Proficiency in Active Directory
  • Experience with Apple Devices and Computer Hardware
  • Skills in Configuration Management and Deployments
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, including Basic Troubleshooting and Basic Network Troubleshooting
  • Experience in Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Possess creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Group Policy
