Description:
We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be on the front lines of our IT operations, providing support for all our technology systems and devices. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in the IT industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Android Development, Cisco Technologies, and Citrix Technologies.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all hardware and software deployments.
- Utilize Microsoft and Active Directory tools to carry out configuration management tasks.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Mac Computers and Apple Devices, ensuring all systems are running optimally.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends to ensure our systems remain current.
- Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure a seamless and efficient IT environment.
- Handle all aspects of Computer Hardware maintenance and repair.
- Proficient in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software related issues.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Technologies to facilitate network communication and problem-solving.
- Expertise in Citrix Technologies to support virtualization and networking operations.
- Familiarity with Mac Computers, including troubleshooting, software installation, and general maintenance.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft applications, with a focus on Office Suite.
- Experience with Active Directory, particularly in user management and access control.
- Proficiency in handling Apple Devices, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issues.
- Solid understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and repair common issues.
- Proficient in Configuration Management to ensure system consistency and efficiency.
- Experience in coordinating and overseeing software and hardware Deployments.
