Description:

We are offering an opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will be providing user support for workstation, application, and network problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing application accounts, deploying system patches, and assisting with the onboarding and offboarding of new users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely resolution to user support issues related to workstation, application, and network problems
  • Manage application accounts, performing tasks such as adding, removing, and modifying accounts as necessary
  • Deploy application and operating system patches to ensure systems are up-to-date and secure
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process of new users, ensuring a smooth transition
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
  • Communicate and troubleshoot with vendors to ensure products are upgraded and functioning
  • Research and present recommendations on new technologies to improve systems and operations
  • Carry out project duties as needed to support the overall function of the team
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, demonstrating strong time-management skills
  • Understand and appreciate the importance of information security within systems and user devices.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Active Directory
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and the ability to perform basic hardware troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of configuration management and its applications
  • Experience in managing and executing deployments
  • Ability to handle service desk tickets and support tickets efficiently
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft tools including Microsoft 365 Enterprise and Microsoft Access
  • Experience with desktop virtualization and VMware
  • Ability to communicate effectively and handle customer queries patiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and updates
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
