Help Desk Analyst

An MSP client of ours based in Wenatchee, WA is looking for a Help Desk Technician that ideally has previous MSP experience or has supported multiple end users with multiple locations. Their preference is someone local to Wenatchee/Leavenworth/Chelan/Cashmere/Moses Lake. They are open to having this position become remote after a 90-day on-site probationary period but you must be located in WA and able to make a strong case for having success working remotely in the past and being extremely customer service oriented.

• Provide Tier III Help Desk Support, ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Manage and maintain Azure cloud systems, including Azure AD and backup/disaster recovery procedures.
• Automate processes where possible to improve efficiency and reliability of cloud systems.
• Administer and support Office 365 applications, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs.
• Support multiple end users across multiple locations, providing high-quality customer service.
• Continually update skills and knowledge in cloud systems and technologies, with the potential to obtain Microsoft or Azure certification within the first 6 months of employment.
