Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Under supervision of the Data Director, the Help Desk Officer will support constituency outreach and fundraising activities using Data Team tools.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • In-depth technical knowledge of BC NDP tools, specifically Populus, Reporting Dashboards and Volunteer Management.
  • Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
  • Detailed knowledge of BC NDP policies and procedures, specifically current constituency outreach and fundraising tools and tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, resolve and escalate constituency help requests received via telephone, email and slack.
  • Work with constituencies and staff to provide and implement recommendations on improving tools and processes.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with BC NDP tools including bug tracing and technical issue documentation.
  • Manage access to BC NDP tools and systems.
  • Contribute to internal technical documentation and user-facing documentation.
  • Other duties as required.
