Description:

WESTPOLE is looking for a Help-Desk & Administration Assistant to work at one of our clients in the EU Institutions based in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

Reinforcement of the client internal helpdesk and user assistance service such as troubleshooting Office 365, printing/scanning, mobiles, videoconferencing, WebEx.
Follow-up of tickets in JIRA
Preparing(re-image), deploy and troubleshooting laptops to end users.
First line of response to the client community of external users (help with registration of new users, password resets, troubleshooting login issues and basic help with web-based applications)
Periodic proactive checking of availability and health of some critical applications by following a checklist of actions provided by the client .
Administration IT checks including deliveries and invoices assisting the IT contract manager
