Description:

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Technical College Diploma in computer systems. Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a help desk, technical support, or IT customer service role. Be technically proficient through training or field experience in the following areas:
· Desktop, Laptop hardware and Printer Repair experience.
· Microsoft Windows Operating Systems support.
· Microsoft 365 + Office application support.
· Audio/Visual equipment experience an asset.
· Microsoft Certifications an asset.

Responsibilities:

Responding to and resolving technical issues raised by users via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
· Communicating effectively with users to understand and address their technical concerns.
· Stay current with skills and pursue certifications.
· Work well with technical and admin teams.
· Creating and updating knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides.
