Responsibilities:

You will work within the Help & Support team and be one of the first points of contact for many students, staff and colleagues. You will provide information and general help, as well as promoting our health and wellbeing activities online and within the foyer space at LUU. You will need to be confident and comfortable in approaching customers to offer help and support as well as being desk-based
The Help & Support team work together to ensure students love their time at Leeds by providing the right help, advice and support so that we make life better for everybody. This is an interesting and challenging role, where you will learn a wide variety of skills and gain invaluable experience.
