We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our facilities management team at a prestigious central government building in Westminster. This is a permanent full-time position working 8 hours p/day, 40 hours per week between 07:30 and 19:30, Mon-Fri.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Support Services Manager
- To provide a professional and flexible helpdesk and administration support service
- To work as part of the helpdesk team receiving calls, emails and visitors, logging service requests on the FM work management system, booking resources and responding to queries
- To report back to the end user/customer on the progress of jobs they have requested
- To ensure delivery of consistently high standards of customer service, presenting a professional and polite image to all customers
- To support the Conference Suite Concierge if required
- Working 40 hours per week, 8 hours between 07:30 and 19:30, Monday to Friday (shift changes weekly).
