Salary: £22,308.00 - £23,400.00

- Excellent Telephone Manner: Ability to handle calls professionally and empathetically.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and engineers.
- Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions to issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for maintenance queries via phone and email.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Manage the helpdesk system, logging and tracking requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure effective communication and job completion.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist with reporting and administrative tasks to support the maintenance team.
