Salary: £22,308.00 - £23,400.00

  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and engineers.
  • Time Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and find practical solutions to issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for maintenance queries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • Manage the helpdesk system, logging and tracking requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure effective communication and job completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks to support the maintenance team.
