Work Location: To be confirmed (during interview)
Salary Range : $4,500-$6,000
Job Description
1. Providing high level assistance to end-users (clarification/feedbacks/navigating to the correct source).
2. Logging and tracking support tickets (incident, SRs) using ITSM tool (Service Now)
3. Providing guidance on the use of IT systems and applications
4. Daily hands on using ServiceNow platform.
5. Best with Degree, or at least a diploma.
