YOUR FUTURE, AS A HELPDESK MANAGER AT MYDENTIST

You’ll be joining our Facilities Team within our office called Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

  • The role is permanent and full time
  • Supportive and experienced team
  • You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away
  • With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Responsibilities:

As a Helpdesk Manager, you’ll be:

  • Monitor and assess team performance, conduct monthly one-to-ones to ensure that individual targets are met
  • Work closely with Operations team and Regional Managers to review processes and ensure continuous improvement on all business objectives
  • Raise the function of the Facilities Department within the business by consistently achieving the highest standards and aiming to exceed expectations
  • Ensure the company CAPEX procedure is followed where appropriate
  • Ensure all works are managed, with clear processes, to ensure minimum disruption to practices in association with Operations
