EQUANS is looking for a Helpdesk Operative to join our team based at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 35 hours per week on a shift pattern (4 on 4 off). On offer is a competitive salary, shift allowance and benefits package.
You will report directly to the Workflow Supervisor and will be responsible for receiving, logging, and updating Workflow requests, whilst ensuring that the operation supports and complies with the Birmingham New Hospitals Project Contract specification. The successful candidate will also plan and dispatch all work that is logged on the Helpdesk.
Please note before applying - this role requires the candidates to work Four on Four off shift pattern comprising of 0700-1700, 1100-2100 & 2100-0700.
