Description:

Talk customers through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they have solved a technical issue.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams such as third party support, software developers, functional consultants or any other service provider needed to resolve the technical issue.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Own reliable vehicle.
A+ and N+ certified.
5+ years’ experience in Helpdesk Support / FSE/ PC Technician or a similar role.
General Support and Troubleshooting.
Between 3 - 5 Year
