- Typical tickets e.g. – password changes, account changes, updates etc.
- Occasional A/V support in office boardroom
Helpdesk Support Analyst – Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of experience in supporting a Microsoft environment
- Very strong communication skills, ability to work with senior management
- MS Teams
- O365 support experience
- Hardware support for physical desktop and laptop computers
- Occasional A/V support in office boardroom
- ServiceNow experience
