  • Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint etc. support
  • Hardware support for physical desktop and laptop computers
  • Typical tickets e.g. – password changes, account changes, updates etc.
  • Occasional A/V support in office boardroom

Helpdesk Support Analyst – Mandatory Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in supporting a Microsoft environment
  • Very strong communication skills, ability to work with senior management
  • MS Teams
  • O365 support experience
  • Hardware support for physical desktop and laptop computers
  • Occasional A/V support in office boardroom
  • ServiceNow experience
