WORKPLACE: LISBON (ON-SITE)PROFILE:

  • Academic qualifications at 12th year level;
  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in on-site technical support functions;
  • Proven experience on Windows platforms (Workstation and Server);
  • Advanced knowledge in networks (TCP/IP), Hardware and password access/reset;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English;
  • Good communication and customer orientation skills;
  • Ability to adapt and work as a team;
  • Dynamism and proactivity;
  • Availability to work daily shifts between 8am and 8pm;
  • Driving license.
