Schedule: Full-time, Salaried, On-site (Core Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM)

The Role:
As a Helpdesk Technician, you’ll be the first line of defense against workforce productivity issues and IT
hiccups. Think of yourself as a superhero for our internal teams, swooping in to troubleshoot issues,
onboard/offboard employees, and keep everything running smoothly—all while staying cool, collected, and
empathetic.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Be present: You’re the rock we depend on during core hours.
  • Triage and troubleshoot: Handle IT tickets efficiently, escalating as needed.
  • Problem-solve: Tackle workstation, WiFi, application, and printing woes.
  • Document like a pro: Update and maintain our IT Wiki to ensure standardized processes.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with IT engineers and other team members to support productivity.

Tools of the Trade:

  • Google Workspace, Zoom, JIRA, O365, Google Chrome
  • Mac OS, Windows, and Linux (Ubuntu 24.04)

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • 3+ years on a help desk, with a knack for SaaS system administration.
  • Bonus points for A+, Net+, or Security+ certifications.

Skills:

  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication (both written and verbal).
  • A proactive attitude with a track record of finishing tasks and following up.
  • Problem-solving chops and the ability to document solutions for future reference.

Personality:

  • A team player ready to participate in team-building activities.
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is always eager to learn.
