Description:
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A vocational training at higher technical level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent;
- Good troubleshooting skills;
- Detailed knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux (RedHat and Ubuntu).
Responsibilities:
- Installing or removing hardware and/or software, and associated connections, using supplied installation instructions and tools;
- Conducting tests and correcting malfunctions;
- Documenting results in accordance with agreed procedures. Assisting with the evaluation of change requests. Contributing, as required, to investigations of problems and faults concerning the installation of hardware and/or software and confirming the correct working of installations.
