Description:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A vocational training at higher technical level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent;
  • Good troubleshooting skills;
  • Detailed knowledge and working experience of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux (RedHat and Ubuntu).

Responsibilities:

  • Installing or removing hardware and/or software, and associated connections, using supplied installation instructions and tools;
  • Conducting tests and correcting malfunctions;
  • Documenting results in accordance with agreed procedures. Assisting with the evaluation of change requests. Contributing, as required, to investigations of problems and faults concerning the installation of hardware and/or software and confirming the correct working of installations.
