JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a skilled and dependable helper with 5 years of hands-on experience in both masonry and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. The ideal candidate will support the masonry and MEP teams by assisting with a variety of tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. You will assist with installations, repairs, and maintenance of masonry structures and MEP systems in construction sites, while also helping in the preparation, handling, and organization of materials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a helper in masonry and/or MEP fields.
• Proven ability to handle materials, tools, and equipment required for masonry and MEP tasks.
• Basic understanding of masonry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Comfortable with manual labour, including lifting heavy materials and working in physically demanding conditions.
• Knowledge of safety standards in construction and MEP work.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
• Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
