Description:

As we continue to develop new Oncology products and to expand our franchise, we are consistently looking for new talents.
Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Country Brand Manager to be focused on the Hematology portfolio.

BASIC QUALIFICATION

  • University Degree (scientific or economic)
  • 3-year experience in marketing
  • Knowledge in Specialty Market and Products
  • Experience with matrix organization working
  • Fluency in Business English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of computer skills and web marketing
  • Expertise/attitude to public speaking
  • Business Acumen - understanding of revenues drivers for the brand in local Country

    Marketing and Market Research

Responsibilities:

Develop and own the local launch strategy & overall objectives for Hematology in Italy as well as the commercial tactical plan for the whole hematology portfolio

  • Support the development and implementation of strategically and cross-functionally- aligned customer-focused brand plans, programs and initiatives for the local market to ensure Pfizer meets Brand Revenues and Profit goals.
  • Support the development of brand operating plan, working together with all the relevant functions in the identification of customer needs, critical success factors and brand opportunities and issues, and in the definition of all brand programs and initiatives with clear objectives, resources and KPIs.
  • Patient advocacy activities in close collaboration with relevant functions (i.e. PA, Communication dept, Patient Advocacy, H&V, Health Solution Lead)
  • Meetings & congress strategy & management
  • Closely cooperate with FF and Medical to effectively coordinate the implementation of brand plans through the development of specific plans of action, implementation of activities, attendance at major programs, leading of brand workshops during cycle meetings etc.
  • Work closely with the ICO team to deliver on our market responsibilities, including input to ICO strategy, content & initiatives
  • Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws & regulations
