POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of our specialist vehicles and equipment. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our fleet operating smoothly and ensuring our customers receive the best service possible.

• Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and perform routine maintenance on specialist vehicles and company equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer and industry guidelines and is completed safely.
• Keep up to date with administrative tasks, providing accurate and timely written reports on all maintenance and repair work.
• Prepare, modify, and evaluate vehicles for hire at Dawsongroup EMC depots and customer locations.
• Provide first-line repairs, report faults for second-line repairs, and offer technical advice to third-party engineers.
