HGV Technician

Responsibilities & Duties include.
· Six weekly inspections · Routine maintenance & servicing · Pre-MOT inspections & presenting for MOT. · Breakdowns, including roadside. · Diagnosing of vehicles diagnostic equipment. Advanced repairs covering hydraulics/mechanical/electrical · Electronic record keeping for all works conducted. · Working as part of a team with our existing technicians & transport manager
Skills & Experience · Ability to maintain an organized & tidy working environment, physical & admin. · Mechanical, electrical hydraulic fault finding and repair. · A flexible approach to workload allowing for “firefighting.” · Must be observant & work to ambitious standards. · A positive attitude & a team player · Level 3 / City & Guilds or NVQ qualified technician · HGV license is an advantage. · Diagnostic experience
Role Details
· Permanent & full-Time position
· Core hours 08:00 – 17:00 Mon-Fri
· Immediate start date
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £600.00 per week
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
