JOB SUMMARY

HCA IT&S High Availability Analyst will be responsible for assisting the HA and LC teams in ensuring all critical systems/applications across the Enterprise conform to the High Availability and Lifecycle Standards. This individual will assist with the implementation of the HA/LC programs. They will also ensure critical applications/systems and supporting infrastructure adhere to HA/LC Program requirements where applicable.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE

Up to 1 year of experience required

OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient with MS Work, Excel, and Powerpoint required
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred, but not required
  • ITIL Framework understanding preferred
  • Work knowledge of project management frameworks

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate the High Availability (HA) and Lifecycle (LC) programs across the enterprise
  • Assist in the definition HA/LC Standard processes, assessments, metrics, and other definitions
  • Maintain measurable KPI’s for the HA applications and LC program
  • Track to completion all program action items
  • Evaluate new applications to determine HA/LC criteria
  • Schedule HA Assessments, SRE Table Tops, Vendor assessments, etc.. and associated logistics (facilitators, meeting rooms, etc.)
  • Participate in the effort to evaluate, own, and implement HA/LC program tools
