As a member of the High Net Worth team, you will provide insurance product and sales concept illustrations to insurance advisors and Manulife wholesalers by providing case specific optimized product illustrations and custom concept solutions to help advisors present and close larger more complex cases.
The HNW illustration specialist is part of the product development team. We are a team of highly knowledgeable people who design and maintain Manulife’s individual insurance’s product shelf. In your role, you will have access to a variety of subject matter experts from the Product and Pricing team and will regularly connect with other internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible to provide product and sales concept illustrations to for insurance advisors and wholesalers using different illustration tools.
• You will answer/clarify technical product and/or sales concept questions about the values on illustrations
• You will multi-task between creating illustrations/quotes, responding to e-mail queries and assisting on ad-hoc requests, as necessary.
• Participate in projects and user acceptance testing as required
