JOB DESCRIPTION
As an HBM Reliability Test Development Engineer at Micron, you will develop and support qualification stress flows and characterization for HBM and other high performance memory solutions. This includes helping develop product reliability methodologies and respond to product deviations as they pertain to quality and reliability. You will establish and enforce quality and reliability requirements through robust testing and analysis of device characterization data and device issues. Additionally, you will interface with design, process, test, and reliability engineering to develop new stresses, characterizations, determine root causes of failures, solve problems, and resolve quality issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming
- Familiarity with semiconductor device physics

Responsibilities:
Generate Reliability Test Flows
- Review new design specifications.
- Generate and verify stress and characterization flows as requested.
- Debug issues encountered during the flow’s development.
- Perform test optimization.
Failure Analyzation
- Determine relevant fails requiring resolution for qualification.
- Work with other teams to prioritize, categorize, and resolve failures.
