Responsibilities:

  • Solve problems! Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned industry leaders. Learn global sales strategies, key operational processes, and build your essential business development toolkit.
  • Project Immersion (Months 3-4): Work closely with department directors and regional sales leaders to identify bottlenecks and take ownership of high-impact projects. Collaborate on strategic initiatives and present directly to the C-Suite.
  • Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6): Lead impactful sales projects, formulate and present sales strategies for new and existing clients, and manage client relationships. Represent the company at european events and drive the company’s success.
