Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday 6am-3pm
Salary: £11.90/hr
Responsibilities:
- Follow the company Health & Safety guidelines,
- Work effectively alongside colleagues to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner,
- Operate and maintain machinery for various production processes from Mixing & Depositing to box making & packing,
- Ensure products being packed meet the required quality specifications,
- Ensure the packaging is of an acceptable standard, removing any bags, boxes or materials that do not fall within the required specifications,
- To support the Team Leader, with various duties, to ensure the smooth running of the shift,
- Taking samples from the process and using equipment and/or systems to monitor and record results, on relevant systems to meet the company’s Audit Compliance and Manufacturing Monitoring Systems,
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and up-to-date,
- Read, understand and follow all guidelines relating to chemicals and equipment. Adhere strictly to all onsite HACCP procedures,
- The site is committed to being “audit-ready” at all times. Therefore it is imperative that site hygiene, health & safety, and document control are all in line with customer specifications at all times
