  • Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and adhere to EST hours.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Dineline is a leading digital marketing agency and software company for brick and mortar restaurants. We pride ourselves on our unique approach, combining proprietary tech and software with custom strategies to deliver unparalleled results for our clients. As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business revenue, building relationships with potential clients, and converting conversations into front-end sales.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Generating conversations with potential clients.
  • Converting those conversations into front-end sales.
  • Handling both inbound and self-generated calls.
  • Following up with leads and managing CRM activities.
  • Attending daily team meetings and updating tracking sheets.

OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently hit quota and sales targets for our Restaurant Accelerator Program.
  • Maintain a consistent “live call” closing ratio of 25% or better.
  • Execute daily team and administrative tasks, including morning huddles and end-of-day reports.
  • Update CRM and ensure all deals are properly managed.
  • Prepare for daily meetings and stay updated with numbers and projections.
