QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 + years’ experience in high-volume full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, with a focus on high-volume recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders.

We are seeking a results-oriented and adaptable High Volume University Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for high-volume roles and university candidates, implementing innovative strategies to attract and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for high-volume roles and university candidates, ensuring efficiency and quality in every stage.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the university recruiting process, including sourcing strategies, campus events, and candidate engagement tactics.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in recruitment priorities and market conditions, adjusting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
  • Screen candidate resumes, assessing their qualifications for various positions within the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers, driving alignment on candidate selection.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate closely with the University Relations Campus Manager to execute campus strategies and foster relationships with target universities.
  • Serve as a campus owner for several key universities, building strong relationships with university staff, faculty, and student group leaders.
  • Drive the attraction, development, and overall success of our university recruiting efforts, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and innovation.
