Newcastle College University Centre is looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join out successful Academic Support Team.
The Academic Support team support hIgher education students in achieving their academic potential. This involves one to one coaching, delivery of skills workshops, online support and management of our higher education learning spaces.
The successful candidate will need to be confident in managing their own time and development of resources that enhance the academic standards of both staff and students. They will also need experience of supporting students in overcoming barriers to attendance and engagement,
Successful candidates must have excellent academic writing skills, knowledge of academic convention, dissertation, research skills and be able to proofread to a high standard.
Newcastle College is a further and higher education college offering hundreds of vocational courses, apprenticeships and professional qualifications, alongside more than 70 degrees and higher technical qualifications, delivered through Newcastle College University Centre.
