Following the success and local demand for our services, we are delighted to announce that we will be opening a secondary school located in Newbury, West Berkshire, you will join us within Amegreen Education, which encompasses our Alternative Learning Farm provisions situated across rural West Berkshire and Oxfordshire.
Across our network of Alternative learning provisions, Therapy Centre and Children’s homes, our dedicated and experienced school staff work in collaboration with specialist teams of professionals to enable every young person to explore and develop their own unique talents. We enable possibilities and opportunities through our variety of services along with the stability of a school placement.

• Support the TA’S within the school by running a half termly supervision group.
• Demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and increase achievement of all pupils including, where appropriate, those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• To cover and lead class teaching, when needed.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school’s policies, practices, and procedures, so as to support the school’s values and vision.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow school policies and the staff code of conduct.
