ABOUT OUR FLOATING SUPPORT SERVICES
Second Step provides a variety of floating support services as part of the Bristol City Council commissioned Services. Currently Higher Needs Floating Support services are located in Bristol, however, Second Step has services throughout the Southwest.

Responsibilities:
The aim of the Team Manager is to ensure that our Higher Needs Floating Support Team runs effectively and to a high standard on a day-to-day basis, meeting targets as agreed with Local Authority Commissioners, the Service and Senior Operations Manager. This includes:
- Liaising closely with Finance colleagues in monitoring expenditure against budget.
- Ensuring clients and staff feel safe and supported
- Cultivating a culture of hope and courage
